The James and Alberta Boulware Scholarship Award
It's with great excitement we announce that a fund has been established to provide a James and Alberta Boulware Scholarship Award to a deserving student. The award will be presented at the family reunion. Guidelines have been established and can be downloaded here . The award is reserved for members of the Boulware Family and is in the amount of $500.00. Any family member who graduated from high school and will attend an accredited college or a certified training program is eligible.
